The kit has testing materials for rock, mineral, and fossil identification, including a streak plate, glass plate, hand lens, dropper bottle, magnet, nail, penny, and hardness scale. Specimens in this kit may vary, based on availability at the time the product is packaged. The 6451 has a zip lock pouch for storage, and is suitable for grades 4 to 12 and ages 9 to 18.
